People around Borneo known this being as BALAN-BALAN; human by day and fiend by night, their head will fly in search of fresh human meat (mostly new born babies). It is said that the descendant was curse for the wrong doing of their ancestor and this will continue till the end of time. I once knew a girl from my school years that admit she was one of the descendants; she told me that she never wanted this to happen but the curse will take affect and she may someday turn into one when the time comes.
